Warranty Coverage

The Finer Things TT includes a 2 year limited warranty on automatic and mechanical watch movements, 1 year on quartz.
Warranty is limited to faults in the movements on automatic and mechanical watches, or battery life on quartz.. Warranty does not cover abuse, falling , or water damage from leaving the crown unscrewed. Please view the links on caring for your watch.

Movements

Automatic: this means the movement is activated and powered by the movement of wearers arm. Automatic movements may also require manual winding to compensate for a lack of motion to fully empower the mainspring.

Mechanical: Must be hand wound to manufactures specification.

Quartz: Quartz watches are battery powered. Battery life will vary according to make and model.

Watch Service

Suggested Maintenance

To keep your watch in excellent condition we recommend that you have it serviced periodically.
Automatic and mechanical watches should be serviced every 3-5 years.
Quartz watches should be serviced before the battery goes dead and seals and gaskets should be replaced together with the battery.

Overhauling the watch movement includes disassembling, internal cleaning, checking the balance and regulating, reassembling and applying new lubricant.
Servicing waterproof watches also includes pressure testing, reviewing the waterproofing and replacing gaskets and seals.

Exterior Maintenance

To keep the exterior of your timepiece in pristine condition we suggest that you have it refinished periodically. We refinish watches to the manufacturers specifications. We also check the integrity of the clasp and inspect the condition of the bracelet and crystal when refinishing your watch.
